Hydra Subsystems increase a craft's total Fighter Squadrons and possibly its Production Speedup, depending on rarity.
Permanently installing a Hydra Subsystem gives the additional Fighter Squadrons not added by normal installation, and adds a Production Speedup bonus.
Multiple Hydra Subsystems can be installed at once, increasing the bonuses additively.
