Hull Polarizers increase a craft's hull hitpoints.
As a downside, its hull is also weakened against one of either Energy, Plasma, Electric, or Anti Matter damage depending on random chance.
Unless permanently installed, this subsystem only increases Required Energy.
Only one Hull Polarizer can be installed into a single craft.
